SOLA - The Jazz Music of Micheal Cain

Originally from Las Vegas, BU faculty member, composer and lauded jazz pianist Michael Cain ​joins forces with 

colleague Eric Platz, drums, and BU graduate students for a memorable evening at "The Lady".  SOLA played

in several American cities this summer, including Vegas and New York.

A delightful evening of endearing music prepared by our ​Artistic Directors Naomi Forman: soprano, Eric Platz; percussion, and Cathy Wood; clarinet with special guest Leanne Zaccharias.  Naomi, Eric, Cathy and Leanne have each prepared a ten-minute set of music for your listening pleasure and each set will feature a drink pairing.  Cash bar.  All adult season ticket holders are invited to attend free of charge.  Non season ticket holders and student season ticket holders $50.

for Aaron by Manitoba composer Kenley Kristofferson.  The concert covers many composers and genres,
